How to take good care of your candles and get the best out of them, along with safety advice.

Candle Care
Trim the wick to 5mm before lighting. To prevent tunnelling, ensure the melt pool reaches the edge of the vessel before extinguishing, particularly during the first burn. Subsequent burns should be no longer than 4 hours for our large candles and 2 hours for our small candles. Keep the candle free from any foreign materials, including matches and wick trimmings. Only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface. Stop burnin your candle when just 10mm of wax remains.
WARNING: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from draughts, children and pets and from things that can catch fire.
It is worth noting that our candles are made from natural ingredients that sometimes do natural things. Therefore, please do not be surprised of the odd lump, bump or hole as this is one of the characteristics of using natural soy wax.

We use 100% natural soy wax, which means we don't use paraffin wax. Our wicks are all made from cotton and are lead-free. We use high quality, non-toxic, vegan fragrances. Our packaging is all plastic-free and recyclable. Our shipping boxes and packaging is also 100% recyclable (we even use paper tape to secure our boxes).
On top of all of that, for every order that is placed through our website, we donate a tree. Our partnership with TheGoodAPI aims to combat climate change by reducing carbon emissions through the power of reforestation. We believe that planting trees is a critical step in creating a more sustainable future for ourselves and future generations.
We are dedicated to creating a more sustainable future. Our contributions impact the planting of mangrove trees in Madagascar. These reforestation efforts will not only revive natural habitats but also improve coral reef health, support local livelihoods, and aid in the fight against climate change by extracting CO2 from the air.
